ASO Siderurgica S.r.l. Unipersonale acknowledges the expectations of its directors, employees and collaborators and, more generally, of all of the stakeholders in the company. Moreover, the company is aware of the opportunity afforded by the legislation above mentioned for the adoption of an internal monitoring system to prevent offences committed by its directors, employees, representatives or business partners.
Although the legislation states that implementation of the model is optional, ASO – in accordance with its company policy – adopted the model through a decision taken at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on December 12, 2007.
In addition, the adoption of the model also fulfils the corporate governance obligations set out in Article 2392 of the Italian Civil Code.
