Alongside
the successful implementation of the new
plants, the organisation of all of the
company’s manufacturing and administrative
operations has been enhanced through the
deployment of a continuous improvement
model, which has been integrated into
the corporate process structure and is
supported by Oracle ERP Applications.
This commitment to continuous improvement
has resulted in the development and expansion
of the company’s processes and products;
in fact, a third ladle furnace has been
installed, which is served by an even
more advanced degassing system and a VAR
(Vacuum Arc Remelting) plant. Moreover,
we have also initiated an operation intended
to achieve the rationalisation and qualification
of our processes, with a view to maximising
the technology and value offered by our
products.
It is clear, even from this brief overview
of our evolution, that the drive towards
continuous improvement is in our DNA.
We endeavour to ensure that our systems
and equipment are aligned with market
demand for ever-increasing quality and
quantity. We work hard also to guarantee
that requests are closely analysed, orders
rapidly dispatched and results carefully
documented. We also deliver excellent
post-sales service and, in partnership
with our customers, we study any potential
enhancements that could be made, engaging
fully with each project and taking full
responsibility for it.
For this reason, we can confidently say
that we have implemented a management
model that is today universally acclaimed
by economists as the most effective.
